We take a commission on closed revenue, no retainer, no setup fee, no monthly charge until you win. The exact rate is agreed in the partnership contract and depends on the product and territory. The short version: you only pay when we close a deal.

We focus on B2B SaaS and software products with proven market fit, meaning you've already got customers who love what you do. We're not the right fit for pre-revenue products or services businesses. If you're not sure, the 30-minute call will tell us both.

The OS Engine is live within approximately four weeks of signing. First qualified leads typically arrive within that window. First closed deals depend on your sales cycle, but you'll have a pipeline you can see and forecast within the first month.

Time, mostly. We'll need a 30-minute onboarding call to understand your ICP, your product, and your existing customer base. We handle the rest: list building, sequencing, outreach, qualification. You show up to the meetings we book.

Most agencies charge a retainer regardless of results. We don't. Most agencies hand you a list of leads and call it a day. We close alongside you or for you. Most agencies are generalists. We work with a small number of products we genuinely believe in and go deep on each one.

If we're not generating qualified pipeline within the first 60 days, we'll have an honest conversation about why and whether it makes sense to continue. We're not interested in running a commission relationship that isn't working for both sides.
